What is ‘Your Three Minute GURU’?

This body of work is a compilation of a life’s work. It represents all the different facets of me – of you!

In 2024 I was guided to commit to a daily practise of asking for a message from the Divine and Sacred Guides, who specialise in giving daily messages of hope and healing. I started a YouTube channel where I uploaded the messages accompanied by my original music from www.FiZiQ.me . The music in the videos are from my FiZiQ visual resonance remedies that I have composed and created to accompany bio-resonant frequencies imprinted into the music and visuals found on my website: www.FiZIQ.me

As a medical intuitive I have a team of Divine and Sacred Guides that assist me in our work together. Everyday I begin with protection and clearing commands to ensure I am receiving the highest divine and sacred information. I prepare the tarot cards, shuffle and wait for a random card to ‘jump out’ for the day. I then ask the Divine and Sacred Specialist Guide for the message related to the tarot card to come through.

After a while I was given the message to collate these messages into one place where people could be guided to find the message that was helpful for them in that moment.

But that wasn’t all that I was guided to do! For each message accompanying the 78 tarot cards and 12 astrological Sun signs, I was tasked with composing individual music, colour visuals and imprinting the music with the bio-resonant frequencies of each message! This was a huge undertaking! The inspiration for these ‘message remedies’ are ‘downloaded’ from my guides and could take up to 16 hours to create.The messages that come through are positive, supportive and will be received by anyone that finds them in that moment.

I know personally that there is always something for me to reflect upon and I hope you find them to be hopeful, uplifting and healing for you as well.
